About

Les PorterMy name is Les Porter and I developed Pay Per Click Reference. I work at Flying Bridge Technologies which is a full service web firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC. Flying Bridge has grown into a talented and versatile firm that provides a wide spectrum of services to our clients. Web design and development are still our bread and butter as we have been ranked as a top web firm in Charlotte, NC since 2002.

Today, I am still lucky enough to be employed at Flying Bridge and my role has continued to evolve with our growth. Now, consulting makes up much of what I do so I do not get to do as much as design and development as I used to. One of the reasons I created Pay Per Click Reference is so I could continue to use my web skills to keep them up to date and learn new things. Our industry moves so quickly if you take too much of a break from it you will lose touch with it.

It's not brain surgery and anyone can make use of pay per click advertising.
Internet marketing and pay per click advertising have become commonly requested services by our clients. Pay per click ads have grown in popularity because they can deliver traffic in minutes. Our clients can select a daily budget that suits their marketings restrictions. Most importantly, pay per click campaigns give advertisers a measured and accurate return on their investment. Pay per click advertisers can directly compare their costs with their conversions. These are just a few of the reasons why our clients are utilizing pay per click ads in their internet marketing.

My primary reason for sharing much of what I know about pay per click ads is so we can easily share this information with our clients. We do not hide this knowledge from our clients and often tell them creating and managing pay per click ads just requires a significant amount of time. It's not brain surgery and anyone can make use of pay per click advertising. What usually happens is we set up all of the clients pay per click ads and tweak them for the first three months. After that, we turn the pay per click ads over to the client and they spend a little time each week or month maintaining their campaigns. Most of them enjoy it because they can see results and understand them.
